Breast cancer rehabilitation

Treatment ended. Recovery is only starting.

When the appointments stop, most women are handed a leaflet and left to rebuild alone — with a shoulder that won't lift, scar tissue that pulls, fatigue nobody warned them about and a body that no longer feels like theirs. As a women's health and rehabilitation specialist, I've worked with women through exactly this — rebuilding strength, mobility and confidence after breast cancer treatment. This is the support I always wished more women were given.

What we work on

Carefully, slowly, and only ever at your pace.

Shoulder & chest mobility

Restoring range after surgery, reconstruction and radiotherapy, with awareness of cording, scar tissue and lymphoedema risk.

Strength without fear

Graded resistance work that rebuilds muscle and bone — vital during hormone therapy and induced menopause.

Fatigue & nervous system

Breathwork and pacing that lift energy instead of draining it, and calm a body still braced from treatment.

Core & pelvic floor

Often overlooked entirely. Treatment-induced menopause changes both; we rebuild them properly.

Posture & scar comfort

Undoing the protective rounding that follows surgery, so you can stand, breathe and reach freely again.

Confidence in your body

The quiet, real goal: feeling at home in a body that looks and feels different, and trusting it again.

The programme

The 6-Week Recovery Programme

Six weeks is a focused, achievable start. Long enough for strength to return and confidence to settle — short enough to feel doable when your energy is still fragile.

“You will not be pushed, rushed or compared to who you were before treatment. We begin exactly where your body is today, and we go forward from there.”

Movement care, not medical treatment. I work alongside your oncology team, breast care nurse and physiotherapist, and will always refer on where that is the right thing to do.

Let's talk about where you are now.

A private, unhurried, entirely confidential consultation (£127 · 45 minutes) — whether treatment finished last month or five years ago.
