Pilates & yoga classes · Thames Ditton & Molesey

Small classes where you are actually looked after.

Group movement, taught by a nurse. That means eyes on your body, modifications offered before you have to ask, and cueing that respects your pelvic floor, your joints and your history. Warm, unintimidating, and never a room where you feel invisible.

Adele Smyth, Registered Nurse and clinical Pilates teacher and women's health specialist

The timetable

Two ways to move each week.

Pay as you go, or save with a block of six. The full weekly timetable is below, and each class books directly on Vidabook. The Reformer is taught 1:1 only, so every spring is chosen for your body.

Mat Pilates

£16 per class

Deep core, posture and control, taught with proper cueing so you finally feel the right muscles working — not your neck, jaw and shoulders.

  • Precision over repetitions
  • Modifications offered every time
  • All levels welcome

Sunrise & Ashtanga Yoga

Before you worry

Yes, you can come. Here's why.

“I'm not fit enough”

Nobody arrives fit. You arrive as you are and we work from there — that is literally the job.

“I have prolapse or leak”

Tell me quietly before class. I will adapt everything for you, and no one else will know a thing.

“I'll be the oldest”

Most of my clients are 40 to 65. You will be in excellent, honest, funny company.

“Come as you are — we'll find what feels alive again.”

Come to one class. See how different it feels.

If you'd rather start privately, 1:1 sessions give you the full assessment and a programme of your own.
