Clinical Pilates · Women’s health specialist

Expert, unhurried movement. Built entirely around you.

A private, nurse-led practice for prolapse, recovery after hysterectomy, core trauma and hormone-related change. We begin with a careful assessment, then bring together Pilates, Reformer (where recommended and in-studio only), strength, therapeutic yoga and nervous-system restoration around your body.

Adele Smyth, Registered Nurse and clinical Pilates teacher and women's health specialist

Who this is for

Private Pilates and yoga at home or in studio — for changes that don’t fit one box.

Pelvic organ prolapse — heaviness, dragging, or fear of making it worse

Post-hysterectomy or post-surgical recovery, early or years later

Core trauma: separation, weakness, bracing, no connection at all

Perimenopause and menopause: weight change, aches, lost strength

Postnatal recovery, whether that was last year or fifteen years ago

Leaking, urgency or pressure that you've been told is normal

Back, hip or pelvic pain that keeps circling back

Anyone told to 'just do Kegels' and left to get on with it

1:1 options

In studio · home visits at a higher rate

For women who want to keep building — through perimenopause, menopause, recovery and beyond. Strength, bone health and nervous-system regulation, held steady for the long term.

  • Pilates, Reformer, mat or yoga: £70 in studio, or £420 for a block of 6
  • Ongoing women's health sessions: £95 in studio
  • Home visits available for both, at a higher rate
  • Pay-as-you-go or discounted blocks of six for Pilates
  • Programme adapts as your body and life change

The two starting points, explained. The private consultation (£127 · 45 minutes) is a standalone conversation by phone or Zoom, booked directly into Adele's calendar — dedicated clinical time with no commitment and no follow-up, which is why it carries a higher rate. The Women's Health Assessment (£95 · 60 minutes) is the clinical starting point of your 1:1 work and takes place in the studio, where the findings flow straight into your ongoing sessions. Home visits are available for the assessment and ongoing sessions, at a higher rate.

Private home visits are available across East Molesey, Thames Ditton, Hampton Court, Esher and Cobham, alongside studio and virtual sessions. This is movement care, not medical treatment; I work alongside your GP and consultant and refer on whenever that is right.
