Cancellations and changes.

Group classes

Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your booking. With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, your class booking is lost and cannot be refunded or transferred, subject to your statutory rights.

1:1 sessions

Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your session.

• With 24 to less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 50% of the session fee.
• With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, you will be charged the full session fee.
• With 48 hours’ notice or more, no cancellation fee applies.

Any cancellation charge will not exceed the loss incurred, taking account of costs saved or the appointment being filled by another client. Your statutory rights are not affected.
