Private 1-2-1 sessions in Pilates, Barre, Reformer and Yoga. Duet and small group sessions also available if you prefer to workout with a friend.

Private sessions or duets are a great place to start if you are new to Pilates or if you are returning to a class after a long period of time. Whether you are taking a mat or a reformer class, working on a 1-2-1 basis will allow us to hone in on your technique and skills. Each session will be a bespoke session to your needs and we can focus on techniques and the foundations of Pilates.

Purebody by Adele specialises in both mat and Reformer Pilates and as a qualified nurse and soft tissue massage therapist, I have worked with a lot of clients who have experienced injury and are in their rehab phase.

Working out with a friend or family member can be great fun, and you will still receive care and attention to your technique and individual needs.

One to one sessions are a great way to refine your existing skills and to also build upon your foundation and lead to a stronger body and a stronger mind.

As Pilates is recommended by surgeons, consultants, osteopaths and physiotherapists, a 1-2-1 session can help with post surgery rehabilitation to strengthen your joints and muscles to aid in your repair.

The sessions will help you move better and feel better.

Pilates is also used to help support your sporting performance and helps correct muscle imbalances, enhance flexibility and strengthen your deep abdominals and the muscles supporting your spine.
