Private sessions or duets are a great place to start if you are new to Pilates or if you are returning to a class after a long period of time. Whether you are taking a mat or a reformer class, working on a 1-2-1 basis will allow us to hone in on your technique and skills. Each session will be a bespoke session to your needs and we can focus on techniques and the foundations of Pilates.
Purebody by Adele specialises in both mat and Reformer Pilates and as a qualified nurse and soft tissue massage therapist, I have worked with a lot of clients who have experienced injury and are in their rehab phase.
