Breast Cancer Rehab Coaching
I am here to offer support, help and guidance throughout your breast cancer journey. You may be newly diagnosed, be part way through your treatment or out the other side. Whichever stage you are at, I am here to be your breast cancer rehab coach and support you every step of the way.
I will provide you with physical and emotional support on your road to recovery, and will offer you strategies and solutions as we move through your journey together.
We will discuss the side effects of cancer treatments, some that you may be aware of and perhaps others that you are not.
We will address the physical changes that you may experience in your body and I aim to explain to you why these changes occur and how our work together can start to heal both your body and your mind.
You may or may not experience some of the changes below, either way, there are ways we can improve the experience that you may have to ensure that you continue to heal and thrive as you recover.

These experiences are something that we can work together to overcome.
As your coach I can create a bespoke health and fitness plan and prescribe you the correct intensity and type of exercise to help you through such an important stage in your recovery.
We will start with the foundations of how to breathe better and to incorporate this healing breath into your everyday life and routine.
We will discuss the correct recovery strategies for you in terms of movement, nutrition, sleep and rest. Restorative movement is just as important as other physical activity on your road to recovery.
As your journey is totally unique to you, we will consider the best options available to you and continue to work closely with your medical team for as long as is necessary.
Have you experienced pain in your shoulder or neck or had difficulty in moving these areas in a functional way?
If yes, then using exercise and movement as a powerful form of medicine, we can work together to make your body feel better and more like your own again.
As your coach I can support you either in person on a 1-2-1 basis or if you live a little further afield, we can work together on Zoom and achieve some amazing results.
