Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates can be seen as being a transformative session for your body. Using spring resistance of different strengths and a moving carriage, the Reformer will align your body, help you to build up core strength and flexibility and assist with your muscular endurance.
The Reformer gives you all the benefits of a Mat Pilates class with the added addition of being able to feel your muscles in your body a lot more, using the feedback of the springs and resistance.
Your posture will improve along with your overall fitness and you will feel a lot taller! You also don’t need to have attended Mat Pilates classes to be able to partake in a Reformer session.
