Energising Yoga

Yoga has evolved after so many years and continues to do so. It’s NOT just for people who are super bendy or who want to emulate ‘perfect’ looking social media posts or selfie pics. Yoga is for EVERYONE. Yoga is for you, for your friends, family and kids. Yoga is for me. Yoga is something which brings us collectively together. Yoga is a way of life and not just a practise.
I have been practising yoga for quite a few years now and teaching for just over 2 years. I am a 300 hours qualified Yoga Alliance teacher and I see myself as an eternal student. There is always so much to learn and I want to continue learning with you as together we can discover new meanings to what yoga is to us and develop and enhance our practise
Yoga will have different meanings for all of us, but I feel that the core of yoga is around improving our emotional and physical wellbeing through movement and our sequences of asanas and breathing.
We practise with energy and strength, with calm and flow, to enhance awareness of your body and mind. We work through healing and dynamic sequences to help build stamina and discipline. I have a passion for anatomy and how our bodies function and support us.
Above all, my practise with you will open your mind to the possibilities and wonder of what your body is able to achieve, at your pace, in your own time. We will do this through my bespoke 1-2-1 private sessions and you will be amazed at what you discover.
