During each Pilates class we focus on the main principles of Pilates: Breathing, Centering, Concentration, Control, Flow and Precision. These principles will help you to safely tone and strengthen your body and focus on relieving back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain, whilst working in a pelvic floor safe way.
