Movement is a daily necessity as it improves our overall health and well-being, and as we age and with our declining hormones, a lot of women will over exercise and end up feeling fatigued, demotivated and often getting injured

As a woman over 50 I appreciate the need to future proof my body and keep my bones and muscles strong and healthy.

This is exactly the reason why I have chosen to start an online strength class, to encourage more women to introduce lifting weights into their life and start to feel the amazing differences it can make to your body.
